The general objective will always be: "Design travel experiences to Costa Rica through access to the best tourist services so that clients obtain a learning about Costa Rican culture while receiving excellent customer service."

Among the services offered by Tico Paradise Costa Rica, the transport of people between tourist destinations stands out, either from or to the main airports in the country or the connection of destinations, both city, mountain and beach. The transport of people is divided into 3 categories; "Private Transportation, Luxury Private Transportation and Shared Transportation".

We have lodging in mountain, beach and city hotels at an affordable price. In the same way, we offer houses for rent around the main tourist destinations in Costa Rica.

Another service that Tico Paradise offers is the coordination of travel experiences, better known as tours.

Finally, the travel packages stand out, that way clients should not worry about anything if not rather enjoy themselves.

Tico Paradise is a Costa Rican company located in La Fortuna de San Carlos, in the north of Costa Rica, specifically on the slopes of the Arenal Volcano. Its foundation was given at the end of 2017 by a 20-year-old named Byron Muñoz, his goal has always been to offer tourists the largest number of tourist services to book in one place. From that moment on, the company has understood that adaptation to the tourism market consists not only in making sales but rather in keeping customers satisfied with having acquired a service that will ultimately become a positive experience that will mark their lives forever.

Byron was born in San Carlos, Costa Rica in 1997. He lived his childhood in the small town of Tres Esquinas de La Fortuna, near the majestic Arenal Volcano. He learned to speak English during his studies at LEBLA bilingual high school, while his last year he visited the United States of America, specifically Illinois for 2 weeks for a cultural exchange. Since he was 18 years old he has worked in transportation companies, reception in a hotel and as tour seller.

He was studying Business Administration at the National University of Costa Rica, after the first year of study he acquired the necessary knowledge to start the business of a travel agency in 2018. 

Thanks to the profits obtained by the company during 2019, it was possible to coordinate a business trip to Mexico for February 2020, during his stay in Aztec lands, Byron managed to establish business relationships with several companies, in order to offer his clients another destination other than Costa Rica.

Although the company saw its income reduced since March 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, it will try to continue with the investment line and thus coordinate a business trip to New York, United States for the beginning of 2021.

Natalia was born in Liberiia, Costa Rica in 1997. He lived his childhood in the small town of La Cruz de Guanacaste, just in front of the amazing beaches and close of the Nicaragua border. She learned to speak English during his studies at La Cruz bilingual high school. When she was a teenager she visited Nicaragua for almost 15 differents times.

She was studying Office Administration at the National University of Costa Rica, she graduated of a diploma during her second year of study.

Natalia began working for the company at the beginning of 2019 remotely and part-time.

During 2020 she was part of the delegation that visited Mexico, and is expected to be part of the group that plans to travel to the United States by the beginning of 2021.
